This letter serves to notify interested and affected parties (I&APs) that Thabazimbi Iron Ore Mine (Pty) Ltd (Thabazimbi Iron Ore Mine), a subsidiary of ArcelorMittal South Africa is currently in the process of reviewing its Social and Labour Plan (SLP) as required in terms of the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Regulations, 2004 (as amended).
